4 Ways to Enjoy Rosé

4 Ways to Enjoy Rosé

Summer’s almost gone but there’s still time to enjoy  a glass of crisp, dry SubRosa Grampians Rosé. Here are four of our favourite Rosé pairings:

  • – Lamb Burger: Topped with tzatziki, fresh tomato slices, red onion and greens. Brings out the wine’s fruity and floral notes without overwhelming it.
  • – Niçoise Salad: This classic French salad, with its combination of olives, tomatoes, green beans, hard-boiled eggs, and tuna, works well with the refreshing qualities of a Rosé.
  • – Sushi & Sashimi: The light, clean flavours of sushi and sashimi beautifully compliment the delicate fruitiness and acidity of a dry Rosé.
  • – Margherita Pizza: The simplicity of a Margherita pizza, with its fresh tomato, mozzarella, and basil, can be a perfect match for the crispness of a Rosé.

SubRosa Cellar in Ararat

SubRosa Cellar in Ararat

We’re building SubRosa HQ in Ararat. It’s been a long and dirty road but it’s exciting to see it take shape. This will be our space for cellaring wine, shipping and maybe even a tasting space eventually…stay tuned.

Sharing the SubRosa Love

Sharing the SubRosa Love

We’re all about sharing at SubRosa, so when someone shares their love with us, we have to share it with others. Thanks Ben Rothstein, an incredibly knowledgeable sommelier, for giving our Rosé such a glowing review.

We totally agree with you here – “…incredible depth and fresh acidity & beautiful ripe strawberry & cream…
