This beautiful SubRosa rosé is full of life, the 2023 vintage is gorgeous salmon pink with strawberry and red cherry notes on the nose. On the palate the wine has incredible depth with fresh acidity and beautiful ripe strawberries and cream. It finishes with stunning length and texture. Ben Rothstein, Sommelier.

Our Grampians Rosé is a very versatile wine. It can be enjoyed with foods including burgers, spicy dishes or alone with friends on a warm summer day.
Adam's Winemaking Notes
In 2023 we had a cool, wet vintage. We only made two wines - Rosé and Viognier. We made our Rosé with certified organic shiraz grapes from Hounds Run Vineyard in the Grampians. Rosé is made to be enjoyed within two years of bottling. Drink it early to enjoy it at its best. We make Rosé because Nancy asked for it.
Nancy's Wine Pairing Notes
Yes Adam makes this Rosé for me. I ask him for a Rosé every year but he only grants my wish if he likes the quality of the grapes. Thankfully he found these amazing certified organic shiraz grapes from Hounds Run Vineyard in the Grampians.
