Welcome to the SubRosa Wine Club

Adam and I would like to personally invite you to the SubRosa wine club. We live and breathe this little Grampians winery of ours and we hope to share this love with as many people as possible.

By joining our club you’ll have exclusive access to all things SubRosa. When a new vintage is released, you’ll be the first to know about it. When we only make an extremely limited batch, like our Rosé, you’ll have first dibs on ordering. And occasionally when we release something special from our stash, you’ll be kept in the loop.

So if you love wines made by a family pouring their heart and soul into their small, limited production winery everyday, you’ve come to the right place. We gratefully welcome you with open arms!

Sign up here today and your first dozen bottles of SubRosa will be shipped to your doorstep! It’s that easy. Once you’re in the club, you’ll enjoy four deliveries a year in March, June, September and December. Each season features different wines, hand-picked for you by Adam and Nancy.

We ship within Australia via Fastway. Unfortunately, we can’t ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers.

We’re hoping to have international shipping available in the future.

Yes! It’s great, you get an email from our couriers Fastway at each stage of the despatch and delivery process so you can start getting excited for your next case of SubRosa goodness.

You can jump into your Members page to update payment details, shipping preferences, and wine preferences.

Sure thing. We deliver your fabulous wines in March, June, September and December. Call or email us if you’re going to be away and we’ll hold onto your delivery until you let us know you’re ready.

How do I cancel my membership?2023-07-27T15:06:07+10:00

We hope you’ll love our club but we understand sometimes circumstances change. You can cancel your membership after a minimum of 12 months. Cancellation requests can be submitted via email to info@subrosa.com, and must be received at least two weeks in advance of any upcoming scheduled shipment.

MEMBERSHIP

Eligibility: Members must be 18 years of age and reside in Australia to purchase our wine.

Subscription: By joining the SubRosa Wine Club, members agree to receive regular shipments of SubRosa wine based on the selected membership tier. Shipments occur quarterly. (March, June, September, November/December).

Membership Levels: Various membership levels are available, each with different pricing and wine selections. Members may upgrade or downgrade their membership level by contacting SubRosa Wines with 30 days’ notice before the next scheduled shipment.

Pricing: The cost is calculated based on the club you choose to join when you sign up. The quarterly fee is charged to the credit card provided at sign-up and will be billed automatically before each shipment. Fees may vary based on the chosen membership level.

Cancellation: Members may cancel their membership at any time. To avoid being charged for an upcoming shipment, cancellation must be made at least 30 days before the next shipment date. No refunds will be issued for wines already shipped.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery Locations: SubRosa Wine Club ships within Australia.

Delivery Charges: Shipping within Australia is free of charge.

Method of Delivery: Deliveries are via our selected courier, Ararat Post or Aramex, or hand delivered locally, and must be signed for by a person 18 years or older. Delivery is generally made within 5-10 business days depending on where you are located. Wine cannot be left unattended.

Shipping Issues: SubRosa is not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control (weather, carrier issues, etc.). We work with members to ensure wine is delivered in good condition.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Damaged Shipments: If a shipment arrives damaged or in poor condition, please notify us within seven days of delivery, to allow us to organise a replacement.

Wine Preference: Wine preferences may vary, and members may not request returns or refunds based on personal taste. However, we are happy to assist with future selections to better match individual preferences.

PRIVACY POLICY

Personal Information: By joining the SubRosa Wine Club, members consent to the collection and use of personal information for processing orders and improving the customer experience. We will never sell or share personal data with third parties without consent.

Communication: Members agree to receive regular communications, including quarterly selections, shipping updates, newsletters, promotional offers, and upcoming event information. Members may unsubscribe to the newsletter, promotional offers and event information at any time.

Credit Card Information: SubRosa works with the WithWine system which securely retains the credit card details of our members in a safe and encrypted environment, compliant with industry standards and regulations. These details are stored to facilitate future transactions, and we take all reasonable measures to protect your payment information from unauthorised access.

MEMBER BENEFITS

Exclusive Offers: SubRosa Wine Club members receive access to exclusive offers, limited-release wines, and a 15% discount on all additional wine purchases.

Event Invitations: Members will receive invitations to special events, tastings, and vineyard tours, subject to availability and location.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

SubRosa Wine Club reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to members via email or through our website.
