MEMBERSHIP
Eligibility: Members must be 18 years of age and reside in Australia to purchase our wine.
Subscription: By joining the SubRosa Wine Club, members agree to receive regular shipments of SubRosa wine based on the selected membership tier. Shipments occur quarterly. (March, June, September, November/December).
Membership Levels: Various membership levels are available, each with different pricing and wine selections. Members may upgrade or downgrade their membership level by contacting SubRosa Wines with 30 days’ notice before the next scheduled shipment.
Pricing: The cost is calculated based on the club you choose to join when you sign up. The quarterly fee is charged to the credit card provided at sign-up and will be billed automatically before each shipment. Fees may vary based on the chosen membership level.
Cancellation: Members may cancel their membership at any time. To avoid being charged for an upcoming shipment, cancellation must be made at least 30 days before the next shipment date. No refunds will be issued for wines already shipped.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery Locations: SubRosa Wine Club ships within Australia.
Delivery Charges: Shipping within Australia is free of charge.
Method of Delivery: Deliveries are via our selected courier, Ararat Post or Aramex, or hand delivered locally, and must be signed for by a person 18 years or older. Delivery is generally made within 5-10 business days depending on where you are located. Wine cannot be left unattended.
Shipping Issues: SubRosa is not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control (weather, carrier issues, etc.). We work with members to ensure wine is delivered in good condition.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Damaged Shipments: If a shipment arrives damaged or in poor condition, please notify us within seven days of delivery, to allow us to organise a replacement.
Wine Preference: Wine preferences may vary, and members may not request returns or refunds based on personal taste. However, we are happy to assist with future selections to better match individual preferences.
PRIVACY POLICY
Personal Information: By joining the SubRosa Wine Club, members consent to the collection and use of personal information for processing orders and improving the customer experience. We will never sell or share personal data with third parties without consent.
Communication: Members agree to receive regular communications, including quarterly selections, shipping updates, newsletters, promotional offers, and upcoming event information. Members may unsubscribe to the newsletter, promotional offers and event information at any time.
Credit Card Information: SubRosa works with the WithWine system which securely retains the credit card details of our members in a safe and encrypted environment, compliant with industry standards and regulations. These details are stored to facilitate future transactions, and we take all reasonable measures to protect your payment information from unauthorised access.
MEMBER BENEFITS
Exclusive Offers: SubRosa Wine Club members receive access to exclusive offers, limited-release wines, and a 15% discount on all additional wine purchases.
Event Invitations: Members will receive invitations to special events, tastings, and vineyard tours, subject to availability and location.
MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
SubRosa Wine Club reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to members via email or through our website.
