  • A small plot of Sangiovese vines grow in the North Easterly section of the Grampians wine region, Victoria, Australia.

  • Our Sangiovese Rosé was picked, pressed and then fermented in used French oak barrels. Adam stirred lees to increase body and texture as it matured in oak for nine months. Rosé is made to be enjoyed within two years of bottling. Drink it early to enjoy it at its best.

  • Our Grampians Rosé is a very versatile wine. It can be enjoyed with foods including burgers, spicy dishes or alone with friends on a warm summer day.

Nancy's Wine Pairing Notes

Adam honed his rosé-making skills during five vintages in Bordeaux. This Provence-style rosé is crisp, bright, and utterly delicious—perfect on its own or shared with friends over a light summer dish. I love it with grilled prawns. For pairing inspiration, check out our Rosé pairing guide.

Subrosa wines are sourced from the rugged grampians. The area is mountainous with wide open pastures.

A classic but very well executed summer wine.
