SubRosa 2018 Grampians Shiraz – Crafted with 100% Grampians Shiraz. Whole berry ferment. 16 months in French oak. 30% new oak. No fining. 24 months in bottle pre-release. Vegan. Only 150 dozen. Awarded 96 points Huon Hooke, The Real Review. 

SubRosa 2019 Grampians Pyrenees Shiraz – Crafted with 70% Grampians and 30% Pyrenees Shiraz. Matured for 16 months in French oak. No fining. Vegan. Only 240 dozen. 94 points Halliday Wine Companion.

SubRosa 2015 The Aristocracy Grampians Shiraz – Crafted with 100% peppery Shiraz from Mt. Cole in the Grampians. The vineyard was farmed with organic practices by SubRosa. Hand picked. Natural, cool and steady ferment – 21 day maceration, gently pressed to oak. Matured in three French barriques (16 months), no filtering or fining. Vegan. Only 68 dozen. 95 points James Halliday.

Gifting:
If you are purchasing our SubRosa wine as a gift, add your message in the “order notes” at check out. Your wine will be delivered by hand in a two-bottle carry gift box which includes a hand-written card.

Delivery:
Delivery will vary depending on weather conditions. We prefer not to leave parcels outside in the heat as it will adversely affect your wine order.

If you have a delivery deadline or preferred delivery date and time, please advise in the “order notes”. If nobody is home, we can leave our wine in a secure location (weather dependant). Please leave precise delivery instructions in “order notes”.

$17 flat fee for delivery Australia-wide.
