REFUNDS AND RETURNS
As a small batch winery, we are confident that our wines are of the upmost quality. We will replace or refund any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed with current vintage stock if available. We are unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment (please note we only ship wine if the Bureau of Meteorology forecasts temperatures of ≥35°C), or wine that is ordered in error.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Notify us within 30 days of your delivery that you would like a refund/replacement. We may contact you to obtain further feedback. Please contact Nancy on 0478 072 259 or email@example.com.
- We will then respond with instructions on how to process your return. Shipping will be at your cost.
- Upon inspection of the goods returned, we will issue a refund to you for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling or send a replacement item if this was discussed. If the original shipment was flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges.
Please note, all returns must be in the same condition they were sent. This means, no damage to the labels and wine must have been stored in appropriate conditions ie: not in a freezer or in direct heat and include no water damage to the labels.
All returns must be in the original box and include the bottle of wine you have consumed and are unhappy with to ensure the wine is able to be packaged and shipped appropriately to avoid any damage.
We do not accept change of mind refund requests.
